H&W Venue Forum
Planning for facility projects and longer-term financial sustainability
H&WLTA is hosting a forum to help Clubs & Venues with both step by step guidance, discussion and sharing of experiences and ideas with regard to planning for future facility projects and working towards longer term financial sustainability.
Topics of discussion will include:
- Planning for future facility development projects
- Seeking LTA Quick Access Loans and H&WLTA interest free loans
- Securing external funding Crowd Funding.
- Sharing facility development experiences, ideas and taking next steps.
Club volunteers will be on hand to share recent experiences of upgrading courts and upgrading floodlights to LEDs, as well as County and Midlands LTA colleagues. Richard Savory (Managing Director of Raise Partnership), a strategic project management consultancy will discuss the steps needed to plan a successful facility development project. Richard has supported many tennis projects across H&W and the Midlands.
